This is the autorization of the President of the Spanish Episcopal Conference Archibishop Luis Argüello García for the Fr. James retreat to be celebrated in Valladolid next September 18th.

English translation:

ARCHBISHOP OF VALLADOLID

LUIS JAVIER ARGÜELLO GARCIA by the grace of God and of the

Apostolic See, Archbishop of Valladolid.

Having reviewed the written request submitted by Ms. Josefa Romo Garlito,
in her capacity as the person responsible for the Society of the Sacred Heart
of Divine Mercy, and having examined the documentation provided for this purpose:

I HEREBY DECLARE

That, following a favourable review of the application and confirmation that

the necessary requirements have been met, authorization is granted for
Father James Manjackal to conduct the requested spiritual retreat, under
the stipulated conditions, with the activity remaining subject to the canonical
and diocesan regulations currently in force.

In witness thereof, and so that it may have the appropriate legal and administrative
effect, this document is issued, signed and sealed by me in Valladolid on the
twenty-second day of December, two thousand and twenty-five.
